Resolution
That pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Committee now move into Closed Meeting, at 9:40 a.m. in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following items: 10.1.1 Regional Utility Servicing Rates Setting (Verbal), IGA2024-0703 10.1.2 Government Relations Update (Verbal), IGA2024-0873 10.2.1 Government of Canada Update (Verbal), IGA2024-0899 And further, that Dr. Emily Laidlaw, Ethics Advisor, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 10.1.2.
