That with respect to Report IGA2021-1219 the following be approved: That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee direct that this report be forwarded to the 2021 September 13 Combined Meeting of Council; and recommend that Council: Adopt the recommendations contained in the report; and Direct that the contents of this report, Attachments 1, 2 and 3, recommendations, and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Section 16 (disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), Section 21 (disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), and Section 24 (advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act  and review by 2031 September 02.
