That with respect to Report CD2023-0372, the following be adopted: That Council: Establish the Community Peace Officer Oversight Committee (formerly Calgary Transit Public Safety Citizen Oversight Committee) by giving three readings to the Proposed Bylaw 31M2023 (Attachment 2); Appoint the members of the Calgary Transit Public Safety Citizen Oversight Committee to the newly established Committee for the existing terms; and Confirm the existing Chair and Vice-Chair of the Committee.
