That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2024-0374, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Administration prepare options for how private tree conservation tools and incentives could be applied in Calgary, including options for a private tree protection bylaw, based on similar practices across Canada and which are suitable for the Calgary context; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Administration report with recommendations, budget estimates and public education and engagement needs on the above through the Community Development Committee no later than 2025 Q1.
