Resolution
That pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 9:40 a.m. in the Council Boardroom and Virnetta Anderson Hall, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items: 6.1.1 2024-2026 Service Plan Highlights and 2023 November Adjustments Debrief, C2023-1296 6.1.2 Potential Changes to Local Access Fees Budget Implications and Calgarian Impacts, C2023-1180 And further, that Lisa Baril, External Consultant, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Items 6.1.1, 2024-2026 Service Plan Highlights and 2023 November Adjustments Debrief, C2023-1296, and 6.1.2, Potential Changes to Local Access Fees Budget Implications and Calgarian Impacts, C2023-1180.
