That with respect to Report CPC2022-0856, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 133D2022 for the redesignation of 0.07 hectares ± (0.18 acres ±) located at 530 31 Street NW (Plan 8321AF, Block 37, Lots 30 and 31) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District.
