That with respect to Report PFC2021-0787, the following be approved: That the Priorities and Finance Committee recommend that Council: File Recommendation 1 contained in the Report; and Direct that this report be forwarded as an Item of Urgent Business to the 2021 July 26 Combined Meeting of Council; and Direct that Attachment 3 remain confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act to be reviewed by 2026 July 20.
