Resolution
That with respect to Report N2024-0056, the following be adopted: That Council: Appoint Public Members to the Council Compensation Review Committee for terms set out in Revised Confidential Attachment 2; Direct that Public Member appointments to the Council Compensation Review Committee be released publicly following appointee notification by the City Clerks Office, no later than end of day Friday, 2024 February 2; and Direct that Closed Meeting discussions, Revised Confidential Attachment 2, and Confidential Attachments 2 and 3 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
