That with respect to Report PFC2021-0631, the following be approved: That the Priorities and Finance Committee recommends that Council: Approve the Recommendations contained in Report PFC2021-0631; and Direct that the report and attachments be heard in closed meeting pursuant to Section 23 (Local public body confidences) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and remain confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until Council rises and reports.
