That with respect to Report CPC2022-0473, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 83D2022 for the redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.15 acres ±) located at 5416 Centre A Street NE, (Plan 1495HB, Block 1, Lot 6) from Residential Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District.
