That with respect to Confidential Report C2024-0859, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: Receive this report for the Corporate Record; Direct Administration to return to the 2024 November 5 Mid-Cycle Budget adjustments with amendments to the proposed budget with updated information based on Councils decision around the Green Line Program; and Direct Administration to prepare a presentation on Calgarys population growth by the end of the year including: Historical growth trends and forward-looking growth projections including interprovincial migration trends A breakdown of where the growth is coming from Implications for city revenue and expenditures Analysis of what federal and provincial decision making on temporary residents and immigration may mean for Calgary
