That with respect to Report IP2024-0103, the following amendment be adopted: That a new Recommendation 6 be inserted, as follows: Direct Administration to contribute $8.9 million from the Winter Maintenance Reserve equivalent to the favourable 2023 Winter Operations Budget to be used for street repairs which shall be allocated to the Pavement Rehabilitation Capital Program in 2024-2025.
