That pursuant to Section 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 10:45 a.m. in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items: 12.2.1 Partner Naming Ward 7, C2024-0512 12.3.1 Intergovernmental Update (Verbal), C2024-0593 7.24 Strategic Approach to Mid-Cycle Adjustments to 2023-2026 Services Plans and Budgets Update (Verbal), EC2024-0385 7.23 Collective Bargaining Update (Verbal), EC2024-0519 And further, that the following individuals be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 12.2.1, Partner Naming Ward 7, C2024-0512: James Morton, Arts Commons Alex Sarian, Arts Commons Colleen Dickson, Arts Commons Greg Epton, Arts Commons Lisa Stephen, Arts Commons
