That with respect to Report C2025-0744, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: ; Appoint one Public Member to Silvera for Seniors board of directors for the term outlined in Confidential Attachment 2; ; Direct that the Public Member appointment to Silvera for Seniors be released publicly following applicant notification by Silvera for Seniors, no later than end of day Tuesday, 2025 Aug 26; ; Thank the resigning member, Rick Bennett, for his service as a Public Member appointed to the Silvera for Seniors board of directors; and Direct that Confidential Attachments 2 and 3, and selection materials related to this report remain confidential pursuant to Sections 20 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 22 (Confidential evaluations) of the Access to Information Act.
