That Recommendation 4 contained in Report PUD2014-0053 be amended by adding a Recommendation 4 (e), as follows: “4. (e) On Page 16, Section 3.1.3 Street Network, by deleting Sub-section 1, BlockBased Design in its entirety, and substituting with the following: “1. Block-Based Design Each Neighbourhood should be designed with a grid or modified grid blockbased network of walkable streets. Where this is impractical due to topography or other natural features, single-access street patterns should be linked by safe and attractive pedestrian and bicycle connections.”.
