That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IGA2022-0443, the following be adopted: That Mayor Gondek consider Administrations presentation, the deliberations of Council, Intergovernmental Affairs Committee, the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board Land Use and Servicing Committee and deliberations with municipalities in the region in The City's response to the Minister of Municipal Affairs on the proposed amendments to the draft Calgary Metropolitan Region Growth Plan; and That Council receive the confidential presentation for the Corporate Record and that the Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Section 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2032 April 6.
