That with respect to Report PFC2021-0774, the following be approved: That the Priorities and Finance Committee recommend that Council: Receive the presentations for the Corporate Record; Direct that the Closed Session discussion and presentation on the Financing Update remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed 2036 May 03; and Direct that the Closed Session discussion and presentation on the Project Update remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and Section 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed 2036 May 03.
