That with respect to Report CPC2018-0462, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. ADOPT, by bylaw, the proposed redesignation of 08 hectares ± (0.20 acres ±) located at 3809 – 2 Street NW (Plan 3674S, Block 22, Lots 40 to 42) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District; 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 176D2018.
