That with respect to Verbal Report IGA2021-1694, the following be adopted: That Council direct that the discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2023 January 31, and that Administration continue related work, reporting back through the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee no later than Q2, 2022.
