Resolution
That pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), 23 (Local body confidences), 24 ;(Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council now move into Closed Meeting, at 11:00 a.m. on 2022 May 10, in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Item: 14.2.1 Update on Shareholder Alignment Review of Wholly Owned Subsidiaries AC2021-1061 (Verbal), C2022-0591 And further, that Karun Gautam from Ernst &Young, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 14.2.1.
