Resolution
That pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and 27 (Privileged information) of the ;Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Council recess at 3:23 p.m. on 2022 January 12, to reconvene in Closed Meeting after the afternoon recess, in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items: 14.2.1 Event ;Centre Update (Closed), C2022-0068 14.2.2 Calgary Municipal Land Corporation Project Development and Financing, C2022-0067 And further, that Council invite the following to attend the Closed Meeting discussions with respect to Item 14.2.2 Calgary Municipal Land Corporation Project Development and Financing, C2022-0067: Kate Thompson, Randy Magnussen, Kelly Coles, Kondwani Bwanali, and Clare LePan, Calgary Municipal Land Corporation Project Development Dan Arts, President, Arts Corporate Real Estate Consulting Inc.
