That with respect to Report CPC2022-1028, the following be adopted: That Council: Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 62P2022 for the amendment to the Hillhurst/Sunnyside Area Redevelopment Plan (Attachment 2); and Give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 171D2022 for the redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.13 acres ±) located at 102 16 Street NW (Plan 6219L, Block 4, Lot 28 and a portion of 29) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate multi-residential development, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
