Resolution
Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation Mayor Gondek Councillor Walcott Calgary Arts Development Authority Ltd. Councillor Wong Calgary Economic Development Ltd. The Mayor and the Member of Council appointed to the Calgary Economic Development Ltd. Board of Directors also serve on the Board of Directors for Opportunity Calgary Investment Fund Ltd. ; David Duckworth, Chief Administrative Officer Councillor Pootmans Calgary Municipal Land Corporation Ltd. ; Mayor Gondek Councillor Mian Councillor Walcott 2. Authorize the Mayor, or in the Mayors absence, the Deputy Mayor, to execute a resolution on behalf of the shareholder of The Citys wholly-owned subsidiaries appointing the Council and Administration nominees for the terms specified to the respective board of directors; and 3. Direct that Attachment 2 and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
