That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2015-005 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.15 acres ±) located at 943 – 38 Street SW (Plan 3681V, Block 2, Lots 20 to 23) from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Medium Profile (M-C2) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation, as amended; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 5D2015.
