That with respect to Report C2023-1343, the following be adopted: That Council: Appoint a Public Member nominee as set out in Confidential Attachment 2 for a term expiring at the 2024 Organizational Meeting of Council; Nominate Public Members for appointment to three-year terms, expiring at the 2026 Organizational Meeting of Council, as set out in Confidential Attachment 3; Direct the City Clerk to release the appointments publicly following notification of the appointees; and Direct that Closed Meeting Discussions and all Confidential Attachments be held confidential pursuant to sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (Confidential evaluations) and 23 (Local public body confidences) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
