That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2024-0153, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt Confidential Recommendation 1; Adopt Confidential Recommendation 2; Direct Administration to report back to Council as required to provide updates on collective bargaining; and Direct that the Recommendation, Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests and a third party), 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed 2026 December 31. ; ; ; ;
