That with respect to Report CPC2022-1050, the following be adopted: That Council give three readings to Proposed Bylaw 173D2022 for the redesignation of 0.06 hectares ± (0.14 ;acres ±) located at 3303 42 Street SW (Plan 3708GO, Block 59, Lot 20) from Residential Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Residential Grade-Oriented Infill (RCGex) District.
