That the Priorities and Finance Committee direct that this report be forwarded to the 2021 July 26 Combined Meeting of Council as Urgent Business, and recommend that Council: Direct Administration to bring forward a recommendation for funding for a weather resilient building material program to lessen the impact of climate change for consideration to the 2022 Budget Adjustments in 2021 November.
