That with respect to Report PFC2021-0177, the following be approved: The Priorities and Finance Committee recommend that Council: Give first reading to Bylaw 17M2021(Attachment 3), being the proposed bylaw to amend Bylaw 41M2014, The City of Calgary authorizing a guarantee of a loan for Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation. Give first reading to Bylaw 18M2021 (Attachment 2), being the proposed bylaw to amend Bylaw 31M2011, The City of Calgary authorizing a municipal loan to Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation. Withhold second and third reading until the advertising requirements have been met; Direct Administration to amend any existing agreements between The City and Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation as applicable and to reflect the Corporations credit facility renewal with its financial institution in form and content per Credit Documentation Loans and Loan Guarantees Policy and Procedures; and Forward this report to the 2021 March 22 Combined Meeting of Council as an Item of Urgent Business.
