That with respect to Report LAS2014-55, the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Direct Administration to negotiate a settlement as discussed at today’s In Camera meeting; and 2. Direct that the In Camera discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a),(b),(c) and (g), 25(1)(b) and 27 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until this matter is resolved.
