That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2022-0889, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council: Direct Administration to refer Investigation Report 2 (C2022-0843) to The Calgary Police Service to review, with referral as required; and Request the Mayor to forward Investigation Report 2 (C2022-0843) to the Minister of Municipal Affairs to be reviewed.
