That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2022-1249, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to bring a report through the Community Development Committee no later than Q2 2023 that explores utilizing an Asset Based Community Development approach; FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to host an internal workshop for appropriate City staff, including Community Social Workers and Neighbourhood Partnership Coordinators, with an Asset thought leader, ahead of the report back, to support the work.
