That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-199, be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. Adopt the proposed redesignation of 0.04 hectares ± (0.09 acres ±) located at 4116 Marlborough Drive NE (Plan 312LK, Block 26, Lot 14) from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District to Residential-Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1s) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 200D2017.
