That with respect to report C2016-0907, the following be adopted: That Council directs Administration to return to Council in advance of the two-year time out of First and Second Readings on Bylaws 38P2015 and 179P2015 and, based on the applicant’s diligent pursuit of a Development Permit for this site, recommend to Council based on how far along the Development Permit is towards approval, either: 1) Recommend Council pass 3rd reading; or 2) Prepare, submit and circulate, at the City’s cost, the same land use application in order to give Council the opportunity to reset the clock
