That with respect to Notice of Motion EC2023-0328, the following be adopted: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to draft Amendments to the Community Standards Bylaw to address Foxtail Barley, with a focus on larger non-residential parcels; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to develop a public education and awareness campaign for pet owners to understand the risks of Foxtail Barley and actions that can be taken to protect their pets; AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that Council direct Administration to report back to The Community Development Committee in Q2 2023.
