That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2023-0333, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: 1. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Presentation remain Confidential pursuant to Sections 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations), 23 (Local public body confidences and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; ;and 2. Notwithstanding Recommendation 1, direct Administration to finalize and release the 2023 YYC Matters campaign priorities per discussions and continue planning and implementation in lead up to the provincial election.
