That with respect to Verbal Report C2022-0292, the following be adopted: That Council: Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the ;Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ;to be reviewed no later than 2022 December 31; Direct that the Summary of Closed Meeting Discussions be received for the Corporate Record as a confidential distribution and kept confidential pursuant to Section 24 (Advice from officials) of the ;Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2022 December 31; and Notwithstanding recommendations 1 and 2, the Summary of Closed Meeting Discussions be released to the Executive Leadership Team, to be further shared with Administration only where required to support next steps in the development of Councils Strategic Direction for the Next Cycle (2023-2026).
