Resolution
That with respect to Report C2021-1308, the following be adopted, as amended: That Council: 2. Notwithstanding the Procedure Bylaw direction that each Member sit on one Standing Policy Committee, appoint 7 Members of Council to each of the following Standing Policy Committees, for terms to expire at the 2022 Organizational Meeting of Council, as follows: Community Development Committee: Councillor Carra Councillor Dhaliwal Councillor Penner Councillor Pootmans Councillor Walcott Councillor Wong Councillor Wyness Infrastructure and Planning Committee: Councillor Carra Councillor Chabot Councillor Demong Councillor McLean Councillor Mian Councillor Sharp Councillor Spencer 3. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions of the pro-tem Membership Committee, Attachment 1, and selection materials related to Report C2021-1308 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
