Resolution
That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2025-0452, the following be adopted: That Council: Direct the City Clerk to distribute one Confidential Distribution at the Closed Meeting session; Pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, move into Closed Meeting following the lunch recess, in the Council Boardroom, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Item 12.2.4 Chief Administrative Officer Annual Performance Review (Verbal), C2025-0452; and, Direct that Sohail Thaker, External Consultant, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting.
