That with respect the Confidential Verbal Report C2023-0779, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the Confidential Recommendations in Confidential Distribution 1; and Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, Confidential Presentation, and Confidential Distribution 1 be held confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) and 21 (Disclosure harmful to intergovernmental relations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2033 July 4.
