That with respect to Confidential Report CD2023-0162, the following be adopted: That Council: Approve Recommendations 1 and 2 as contained in Confidential Report CD2023-0162; and Direct that the Confidential Report and Confidential Attachment be held confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2028 January 31.
