Resolution
That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report C2022-1216, the following be adopted: That Council: Appoint the Public Members to the Beltline Community Investment Fund (BCIF) Committee as contained in the confidential distribution entitled Nomination Committee Panel Recommended Candidates; Direct that the Public Member appointments be released publicly following applicant notification by the City Clerk's Office; and Direct that the closed meeting discussions and confidential distributions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
