Resolution
That with respect to proposed Bylaw 55M2022: Subsection 5(a) be deleted and replaced with the following: (a) ; ; ; ; ; ; ; subsection 4(1) is deleted and replaced with the following: 4.(1) ; ; The following persons may not be appointed as members of the Board: (a) an employee of the City, (b) a person who carries out subdivision or development powers, duties and functions on behalf of the City, or (c) ; a member of the Calgary Planning Commission. Insert the following as section 6.1: 6.1 ; ; ; ; ; The following is added after subsection 5.1(4) as subsection 5.1(5): (5) ; ; ; ; ; If more than one councillor has been appointed to the Board, no more than one councillor may sit on a panel of the Board.
