That with respect to Confidential Notice of Motion EC2022-0266, the following be adopted: That Council: Adopt the confidential recommendations as contained in the confidential Notice of Motion EC2022-0266; and Direct that the Notice of Motion and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, ;to be reviewed by 2037 February 22.
