That the Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2012-003 be adopted, as follows: That Council: 1. ADOPT the proposed redesignation of 0.24 ha ± (0.59 ac ±) located at 5719 Elbow Drive SW (Plan 9500DV, Lots J and K) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (RC2) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Grade-Oriented (M-CG) (M-CGd21) District, in accordance with the Corporate Planning Applications Group recommendation; and 2. Give three readings to the proposed Bylaw 3D2012.
