That with respect to Report C2013-0433 the following be adopted: That Council: 1. Adopt the Administration Recommendations as contained in the in camera distribution; and 2. Direct that the Report and in camera distribution remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (1)(a), 24 (1)(g) and 25 (1)(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until all agreements related to this project are signed, with the exception of sharing the relevant information with PPP Canada.
