That with respect to Confidential Report C2022-0467, the following be adopted: That Council: Approve an extension to the term of Don Fairbairns current appointment as a member of the Green Line Board, such term to expire 2025 February 28; Approve the re-appointment of Don Fairbairn as Chair of the Green Line Board for a term of three years, such term to expire 2025 February 28; and Direct that this report and discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy), 19 (Confidential evaluations), 23 (Local public body confidences) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
