That with respect to Report IGA2023-0251, the following be approved: That Intergovernmental Affairs Committee: Forward this Report to the 2023 April 25 Regular Meeting of Council as an Item of Urgent Business. That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council: Approve the draft Joint Planning Area 1 Context Study Terms of Reference (Attachment 2); Appoint two primary members from Calgary City Council to the Trilateral Joint Planning Area 1 Committee; Approve the draft Joint Planning Area 2 Context Study Terms of Reference (Attachment 3); and Appoint two primary members from Calgary City Council to the Trilateral Joint Planning Area 2 Committee.
