That with respect to Report C2023-0415, the following amendment be adopted: That recommendation 2 be deleted in its entirely and replaced with the following: "2. Direct Administration to provide updates quarterly at Community Development Committee on the implementation plan based on the Recommendations that have no new funding requirement, commencing in Q4 2023." and further, that recommendation 4 be deleted in its entirety, and the remaining recommendation be renumbered accordingly.
