That with respect to Confidential Report C2023-1274, the following be adopted, after amendment: That Council: Designate a General Chair of the Calgary Assessment Review Board for 2024, as set out in the Confidential Distribution; Direct that the Confidential Report, Attachments, Distribution, and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure harmful to personal privacy) and 19 (Confidential evaluations) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; and Authorize the destruction of all confidential ballots following the conclusion of this meeting.
